Product Description
- Replace the scoop on your 2002-2003 WRX / STI, or 204-2008 Forester XT with an unique Hood Vent that sets your car apart from the masses and gives it a stealthy look. The frame is CNC machined from 6061 aluminum, and the mesh is a custom pattern in phosphated steel that is powder coated for maximum durability and corrosion resistance. The whole Vent weighs only about 2 lbs. which is less than the factory scoop and splitter.
- This item has an unfinished aluminum surround (ready for primer/paint) and powder coated black mesh.
- Recommended for cars with front-mount intercoolers only.
- Hood Vent Scoop Delete is pre-assembled and ready to install, which takes less than a half hour. Comes complete with all the hardware needed (in stainless steel). No drilling is required at all, since the the factory scoop mounting points are used.
